2014 marks the 20th celebration of the Sierra Leone Association of Jefferson City. As we look back, we give praise and thanks to God for his continued guidance and direction to the leaders in particular and also members of the association over the past years. Fortunately, all of our founding members are still in Missouri though some have relocated to Columbia and St. Louis.
Mr.Solomon Rogers with Students at the Orphanage in Grafton The Association continues to grow stronger; membership improved during the past 5 years which enabled us to engage in other community service but support for the scholarship program in Sierra Leone is still our main focus. This too has also expanded to include assistance to an orphanage in Grafton. Several activities are planned to celebrate this milestone including an 'awujor' on August, 30.
